I've spent a lot of time inside workplaces — building systems, designing roles, helping organizations figure out how they want to move. And in every single one, the most dynamic, complicated, interesting part was always the people.
I believe we can give people a more honest chance to show up when we create intentional space for them to think about what they actually want — and what the organization actually needs. Work isn't perfect. The corporate landscape is messy, and a lot of extraction happens inside it. I don't pretend otherwise.
What I do is help real people feel calmer and more capable in their roles — wherever they are. I see the bullshit. I also understand how to work within it. Both things are true, and both things are useful.
