Who you will be working with
Daniella Kodjo founded MightWe to make work more sustainably impactful.
Daniella works with hiring managers and their new hires through the first 90 days—the window where role clarity matters most. She starts before the new hire's first day, coaching managers through role design so the work is actually ready for someone to step into. Then she provides parallel coaching support: helping managers navigate the complexity of onboarding well while giving new hires a protected space outside the organization to candidly process their transition.
Her background in organizational effectiveness and complexity means she recognizes the patterns managers and new hires are describing—she's been in the room where these decisions get made and unmade. She knows that struggling in a new role is usually not about capability or judgment—it's that the role wasn't ready, the relationship between manager and new hire didn't have room to build on solid ground, and neither party had the bandwidth or safe space to make it work.
What she loves about this work: it creates room for creativity and unexpected answers when both parties stop trying to control outcomes and start working with what's actually happening. It's serious work that doesn't have to be grim— it is very hope-filled work —there's space for fun in figuring out how to set people up to succeed.
