I help managers and new hires navigate the first 90 days together—one of the most critical and hopeful times in a working relationship. My approach combines practical coaching with a human touch: making the process enjoyable, clear, and energizing.

I’ve seen firsthand how unclear roles stalled projects and caused cultural friction that slowed teams down. Much of this comes down to how leaders define roles, make decisions, and adapt as things inevitably change. My coaching helps you:
